Relaxing Yoga Flow Among the Wildflowers
Science continues to reveal the amazing health benefits of spending time in nature, as well as, practicing yoga. So why not infuse them for an ultra healing experience?! Wildflower Yoga is a 1-hour Vinyasa flow for all experience levels. We aim to connect to breath and to nature while supporting Natural Land Institute’s mission to restore and protect the wonderful diversity of native plants and animals in the Northern Illinois region. Join us for a relaxing yoga flow among the wildflowers!
Instructed by Erin Sjostrom, currently enrolled in her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Blue Soul Yoga.
All proceeds will be donated to Natural Land Institute and used to benefit the Nygren Wetland Preserve.
