Natural Land Institute hosted an open house for the public to visit this preserve. Guests walked on their own or took a guided hike or wagon ride. Ex. Dir., Alan Branagen, led guests along the boardwalk in the fen to talk about the unique plants that grow in that type of soil. Tyler Pellegrini (Restoration Ecologist) talked about the property on the wagon and Laura Helmich (Field Biologist) talked with guests as she led them from the wagon drop off spot to the boardwalk.
